Who we are

OpenSkills is an unregistered non-profit initiative based in Singapore. You can reach us at williamyang0013@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site:

• The contact form: your name, email, organisation if you give one, what you would like to do, and your message.
• The build team application: your name, email, university, year of study, skills you share, and your answer about why you want to build.

Migrant workers sign up for courses through a Google Form, not this site. That form is covered by Google’s own privacy terms.

Why we keep it

We use what you send only to reply to you and to run the program you asked about. We do not sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Cookies and analytics

This site records aggregate, cookieless page and form events without visitor identifiers, unless you decline analytics. Optional PostHog analytics runs only after you consent. Sign-in uses storage needed for authentication; we do not use advertising cookies.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in our managed backend. Only the OpenSkills administrator can read them, after signing in.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions for up to 12 months after your last message. If you take part in a program, we keep what is needed to run it until it ends and for up to 12 months afterwards, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time and at no charge. Email williamyang0013@gmail.com from the address you used. We act on deletion requests within 14 days and confirm by reply.
